MASSAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

We require cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance.  If you do not contact us by phone 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time you will be charged for the massage.  We have to keep this policy in tact because we have reserved this time for you and have turned other clients away.  Cancellation must be done by phone, NOT email.  Please leave a message if you do not reach someone.

We apologize for taking such a stand against cancellations but this is necessary because some people are flaky and do not take into consideration that this time has been scheduled for them and are not considerate when making appointments they cannot keep.  For those of you who do not do this, I'm sorry for having to enact this policy.

ON TIME POLICY

If you are late for your appointment, you will receive your massage until the end of the originally scheduled time and payment is due for the entire length of time that was originally scheduled. This policy helps us to ensure that the client after you will be allowed the appointment at their scheduled time and so that your therapist can also operate on schedule for all daily appointments.  If you are going to be late please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
